2. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital services, consulting, and online application assistance, all fees paid to Heer Enterprises are non-refundable once the service delivery or documentation process has started.

Refunds may only be issued under exceptional circumstances, such as:

Duplicate payment made by the customer for the same service request.
Technical errors resulting in incorrect billing.
A service or project that Heer Enterprises is completely unable to fulfill due to unforeseen internal constraints.

Any approved refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment within 7-10 working days.

3. Government & Third-Party Fees

Any official government fees, portal charges, or third-party expenses paid during the execution of online application assistance are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, as these are paid directly to respective authorities or platforms.
